Her areas of expertise include development of topical formulations, in vitro and preclinical evaluation of topical products. Reena also has experience evaluating cosmetics for sensorial characteristics. Reena has published several research papers on topical products and presented a poster in various conferences.

Dr. Murthy is a pioneer in the development and characterization of topical and transdermal products. He consults to several companies across the globe. Dr. Murthy developed several tools and approaches useful for characterization of topical products. He was the former Professor of Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery at the University of Mississippi for over 16 years. He has published over 120 research papers on dermal drug delivery and cosmetics. He is a fellow of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS). Dr. Murthy was bestowed with Pharmaceutical Global Health 2022 by AAPS.

Dr. Srinath is a renowned pharmacologist and a skilled dermal products researcher. He has contributed significantly to the ongoing FDA funded research projects at TPT LLC. Dr.Srinath has published over 80 research papers and developed tools for characterization of topical products. He is an expert in In vitro permeation testing and in vitro release testing of topical products.

Dr. Maibach is a Dermatologist and a Professor at the University of California, San Francisco. He is world renowned for his expertise in skin disorders, dermal delivery of drugs and biologicals. He has published over three thousand research papers, review articles and authored over 400 books. Dr.Maibach has served as consultant to companies across the world and served as mentor/advisor for several NIH and USFDA funded research projects. His research has been instrumental in formulating several product specific guidance on topical products.

Dr. Ajay K. Banga is a Professor and Chair in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the College of Pharmacy, Mercer University (Atlanta, GA. He has served as a consultant to over 25 companies in the area of traditional transdermal patches, dermatologicals, and non-traditional delivery approaches, such as microneedles and iontophoresis. He has published 140 manuscripts, 12 book chapters, and 200 conference abstracts. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS).

Dr. Bireswar Chakraborty has a track record of development and approval of several products in multiple therapeutic areas, clinical phase advancements from molecules to market. His background includes technical operations, new product development under quality by design, cross-functional team and project management, strategic quality and regulatory compliance under GMP/GLP/ISO guidelines, validation, process development and control, scale up, technology transfer and vendor (CMO/CDMO) management.
